Certuity Appoints Robert O'Leary as a Director of Business Development

April 2023 - Certuity announces the appointment of Robert O’Leary as a Director of Business Development. 

Mr. O’Leary’s network and ability to connect with sophisticated families, family offices, athletes, business owners and philanthropic organizations brings a deep and vast nexus to the firm.

Prior to joining Certuity, Mr. O’Leary served as a key member of Old Harbour Partners, a boutique commercial real estate investment group, as a Co-General Partner for investment opportunities. With a focus on acquisition, development, and joint ventures. He has established strong relationships with corporate groups, developers, family offices, and private clients, creating comprehensive investment strategies across multiple asset classes with best-in-class sponsors. Prior to Old Harbour, 

Mr. O’Leary served as a Land Analyst - Business Development Coordinator for Bounty Minerals Inc. and Resource Sense where he sourced and managed acquisition and divestiture prospect pipeline for mineral and royalty deals in the Marcellus/Utica shale as well as the Permian/Delaware Basins. 

Mr. O’Leary earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a minor in Energy Management & Technology from Texas Christian University.
