Mr. Robert (“Bobby”) O’Leary is a Director of Business Development.

Mr. O’Leary’s network and ability to connect with sophisticated families, family offices, athletes, business owners and philanthropic organizations brings a deep and vast network to the firm.

Prior to joining Certuity, Mr. O’Leary served as a key member of Old Harbour Partners, a boutique commercial real estate investment group, as a Co-General Partner for investment opportunities. With a focus on acquisition, development, and joint ventures. He has established strong relationships with corporate groups, developers, family offices, and private clients, creating comprehensive investment strategies across multiple asset classes with best-in-class sponsors. Immediately following graduation Mr. O’Leary served as a Land Analyst - Business Development Coordinator for Bounty Minerals Inc. and Resource Sense where he sourced and managed acquisition and divestiture prospect pipeline for mineral and royalty deals in the Marcellus/Utica shale as well as the Permian/Delaware Basins through a network of connections and courthouse records.

Mr. O’Leary earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a minor in Energy Management & Technology from Texas Christian University. 

Throughout his career, Mr. O’Leary has been actively involved in professional organizations such as the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP. He is also a dedicated philanthropist and is involved in several charitable initiatives such as Fold of Honor and Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation.
