Lauren DiCola

Ms. DiCola is Director of Investments and Market Research.

Prior to joining Certuity, Ms. DiCola was a member of Aon’s Global Asset Allocation Team. Aon is a global consulting firm with operations in 120 countries. While at Aon, Ms. DiCola worked with large clients where she provided comprehensive viewpoints on markets, economic developments and investment strategy. She also supported the firm’s proprietary capital market assumptions process and thought-leadership initiatives. Prior to Aon, Ms. DiCola worked at RVK, where she helped oversee the investment programs of various pension plans, endowments and foundations, and Taft Hartley Plans. This encompassed reviews on portfolio and fund performance, asset allocation and risk analysis, and managing client relationships. Ms. DiCola began her career with positions at both UBS and Willis Towers Watson.

Ms. DiCola holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Loyola University Chicago, Quinlan School of Business.
